SHOPPING POINT - a retail store of a legal entity, licensed to sell alcoholic beverages, located at a certain address, indicated on the site, in which the Website visitor can redeem the reserved product or order its delivery in Tbilisi, Georgia.
ORDERING ITEMS means an action of the site Visitor, which is expressed in a choice of goods by sending an application through the site to the sales outlet for the reservation of goods at the sales outlet for the purpose of subsequent purchase directly by the site Visitor.

3.3 The Website Administration guarantees to the Website User the confidentiality of information and personal data received from the Website Visitor.
3.4 The Administration of the site and the User are relieved of responsibility for full or partial failure to comply with their obligations, if such failure was a consequence of force majeure, as a result of extraordinary events, which no one could foresee and prevent by reasonable measures.
4. OTHER CONDITIONS.
